Pool Rules

  • According to Oklahoma State Law, all swimmers must shower before entering and re-entering the pool.

  • Proper swim attire is required—no jean cut-off shorts.

  • No aggressive rough-housing—including splashing, dunking, or play fighting. Bullying, harassment, foul language, and violent behavior will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave.

  • Don’t swim with diarrhea: Swimmers must wait at least two weeks after the diarrhea resolves before swimming again.

  • Avoid pool accidents (report accidents to the pool manager), take frequent bathroom breaks, change diapers often, and use special swimming diapers.

  • Change diapers in designated areas such as the restroom, not at the poolside.

  • Lifejackets must be worn by non-swimmers.

  • Floatation devices must have the COAST GUARD APPROVED LABEL.

  • Patrons with infectious conditions or contagious diseases are notallowed in the pool.

  • Running is not permitted.

  • Enter and exit the pool using the designated entrances and exits.

  • Children seven and under must be within arm’s reach at all times.

  • Swimmers between ages 13 and 15 may be dropped off without an adult if they have completed the Teen Aquatic Safety Program.
